Make Lollerskates Proud (RIP)

Announcing Life in a Game's first video contest!

Yep, you knew it would happen. We just got pretty damn tired of making videos. And by "we" I mean "Dan." And hell, none of the rest of us were gonna help him. So we thought, is there anyone gullable talented enough out there to help us make part of Life in a Game history?

Well, there isn't anyone. But the next best person is YOU! But we needed incentive (other than D-rate Internet fame). So we asked Lollerskates to make a video, kidnap Neil Patrick Harris, and let us know when he was done. Well, 25 minutes and one dead Doogie later, we had our contest video!

The winner will have his/her/its video featured at the beginning of Life in a Game episode 7-2. That's pretty frigin awesome, since it's the same episode you get a glimpse of how this season is going to go down (HINT: It's frackin' insane!).

If you came here with serious questions, well, what do you want us to say? Make your video AWESOME and send it over! We think there will be some awesome submissions.

If we get a decent number of runner up entries, we'll feature them here on the site! Booya!

Please submit your entry (between 43 and 62 seconds long) to lifeinagame@gmail.com via Megaupload or a similar file delivery service.

Your video can be in either 4:3 or 16:9 format, and should be rendered in full quality mpeg-2 (preferred), WMV, or MOV format. Please include your Screwattack g1 name or your real name with your submission.

For additional details e-mail lifeinagame@gmail.com with any contest questions.

This contest expired 2/14/09.
